This site enables and encourages discourse between Creative people and practitioners in the towns of Bideford, North Devon and Manteo, North Carolina. These two towns have just been twinned and through the arts, this blog hopes to bring a sharing of information, ideas and inspiration; a sense of place and a sense of Community in, and between, the UK and the US.
